By accessing restore-wellbeing.com or booking/purchasing services from Restore Wellbeing (“Restore”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms.

1) Services

Restore provides integrative wellbeing services, which may include psychology/therapy-related sessions, coaching, functional medicine consultations, diagnostics reviews, and corporate workshops (collectively, “Services”). Restore

Our Services are not a substitute for emergency services. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent medical help, contact local emergency services right away.

3) Booking and payment

• Bookings are made via our website/booking links. Restore
• Payment must be made prior to any service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• You are responsible for providing accurate booking and contact information.
   

4) Cancellation, rescheduling, refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, including the 48-hour cancellation/refund rule.

5) Client responsibility

You agree to participate respectfully and honestly, and to follow any reasonable instructions needed to deliver the Service safely and effectively. Outcomes vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.

6) Communications

We may contact you regarding your booking, operational updates, and service-related notices using the contact details you provide.

7) Intellectual property

All website content (text, branding, visuals) is owned by or licensed to Restore and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Restore is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or Services. Our total liability for any claim related to a paid Service is limited to the amount you paid for that Service.

9) Third-party services

We may use third-party providers (e.g., scheduling tools, payment processors, reCAPTCHA) to operate the website and Services. Your use of those features may also be subject to third-party terms. Restore

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Egypt, and disputes will be handled by the competent courts, unless mandatory consumer protections apply differently.
