Payment required before service
Full payment must be completed before any session or service is delivered (unless we agree otherwise in writing).
48-hour cancellation and refund rule
No-shows and late arrival
Packages / multi-session programs
For packages or programs, the 48-hour rule applies to each scheduled session. Any additional package-specific terms (if offered) will be stated at the time of purchase.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Timing depends on your bank/payment provider. Any non-refundable processing fees charged by third-party payment providers may be deducted if the provider does not return them.
